International Trainee Program
(male / female)

The International Trainee Program has been developed by Lekkerland to offer you, as a University graduate, the opportunity to live up to your potential and to create a solid basis for your future career. If you are interested in strategic and operational tasks and implementing them in an international environment, you will be given the chance to qualify for taking over management or specialist tasks in Poland and Germany. At Lekkerland, you will encounter flat hierarchies and short decision-making procedures. For you, this means a high degree of professional leeway in decision-making and taking over responsibility at a very early stage.

The programs last 18 months and are divided into several assignments which are individually designed per trainee. The assignments are carried out in our corporate departments in Germany and Poland. Through a comprehensive training-on-the-job you will get to know our business from different perspectives by working on complex tasks and projects as well as in day-to-day-business. The seminars, included in this program, provide you with additional possibilities to further enhance your professional as well as personal development.

The following qualifications are important to us:

  • Graduation in Business Administration or Economics with a good degree
  • Experience abroad through semesters and/or internships (at least 6 months)
  • Two appropriate and qualified internships
  • Fluent knowledge of German, English and Polish
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and entrepreneurial working abilities as well as ability to work under pressure
  • Team-capability, distinct communication ability and intercultural competence

The recruitment process for the International Trainee Program is open constantly.

Do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to receiving your convincing application documents via e-mail.
